Omicron reaches the second largest population in the world

New Delhi – Ma’an – India announced today, Wednesday, that it recorded the first death of a person infected with the “Omicron” mutant in Udaipur district of Rajasthan.

And government sources reported, according to NDTV channel, that Laxminarayan Nagar, 73, died of being infected with the “Omicron” mutant, and he had been staying in hospital since December 15.

On December 25, it was found that he was infected with the new mutation after his samples were subjected to medical examinations.

Nagar has been reported to have comorbidities, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, among others
