Nutella crumble tarts

 

INGREDIENTS

ready-made shortbread or shortbread pie dough

Nutella

slivered almonds (optional)

For the crumble crumbs:

40 g flour

40 g brown sugar (brown sugar)

20 g ground hazelnuts

30 g of soft butter

PREPARATION

1 Garnish 4 tart molds with the pie crust. Line them with aluminum foil, bake them blank for 5 minutes at 225 ° C (thermostat 7-8). Remove the foil and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Prepare the crumble dough:

Mix the flour with your hands, the soft butter, the brown sugar and the ground hazelnuts to obtain a grainy mixture.

Place 2 tablespoons of Nutella in each pie shell.

Cover with the crumble dough made previously and sprinkle with a few flaked almonds.

To finish

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (themostat 7) for 10 to 12 minutes, until the tops of the tarts are golden brown.
