Nescafeli Cookies

 

MATERIALS

125 grams of margarine

2 eggs (yolk and whites are separated)

5 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of nescafe

As much flour as you can get

2 tablespoons of warm milk

1 packet of baking powder

50 grams of coarsely ground hazelnuts

FABRICATION

Let’s melt the margarine and cool it. Then add the powdered sugar and mix it. Let’s add the egg yolks, warm milk and nescafe and mix. Let’s add the baking powder to the sifted flour and blend it, and add the flour little by little to the neat material. Let’s knead until you get a dough that does not stick to the hand and is soft like an earlobe. 1 Let’s take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and give them round shapes. 2 Let’s spread egg yolk on the round dough pieces. 3 Then dip it in coarsely crushed hazelnuts and lay it on a tray. Let’s bake the cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven.
