Natural recipes for skin whitening that are proven and effective

The best way to take care of your skin – turmeric;

 

Place two tablespoons of milk, half a tablespoon of lemon juice, half a tablespoon of turmeric, and two tablespoons of chickpea flour in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well and apply it on your face for 15 minutes before washing it with water.

Mix a spoonful of yoghurt or powdered milk with a spoonful of honey. Then apply the mixture to your (clean) face and leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.

6- Almond oil ;

 

Massage your face with warm almond oil to increase blood circulation and give luster to your skin. You can also soak almonds in water overnight and grind them the next morning, mix them with buttermilk and put them on your face for 15 minutes, then wash them with cold water by rubbing in circular motions.
