1 Tablespoon of Chamomile


1 Tablespoon of Thyme


1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon


1 Liter of Water


Preparation and application:


Put chamomile, cinnamon and water in a small pot, put it on the stove and boil.


Continue boiling for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove.


Finally, add the thyme and wait 10 minutes.


After brewing, strain and cool.


Apply the tonic we prepared to your skin.




Wash your face before going to bed at night and after waking up in the morning, and apply it to your cleansed skin with the help of cotton.


You need to use this tonic every day.

If you don’t have cinnamon powder on hand, you can also use cinnamon sticks. One cinnamon stick will be enough.


We can put this tonic we have prepared in an empty bottle and keep it in the refrigerator. Make sure the bottle’s mouth is closed.
