Dried Italian seasoning.
Olive oil (about 1 tablespoon to start, then sprinkle more if needed).
Panko bread crumbs.
Here’s how to make it:
1. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides, then season the chicken with dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder and chopped parsley. Then sprinkle it with olive oil, while stirring the chicken, to get the real taste of these spices evenly.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, put some panko (a type of breadcrumbs made from a special type of white bread) on a plate, dip the chicken into the panko, press until it sticks, and place it in the hot oil.
3. Cook chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes on the first side, or until golden brown and crunchy, then flip and cook for an additional minute, or until completely cooked through and crunchy on both sides. (You may need to add more olive oil during the cooking process, for extra crunch.)
