How to prepare a sugar scrub to scrub and lighten the skin

How to make a sugar scrub at home

Sugar scrub with olive oil:

You need a small bowl to mix and keep the sugar scrub and olive oil in a clean container with a lid so you can keep it for a few days.

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the bowl.

  • You can also add 1-2 capsules of vitamin E if you want to make this scrub better for your skin. Simply perforate the gelatin capsule and squeeze it to release the oil. If you do, make sure to leave the scrub on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey of any kind, but the thicker the better.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar, it can be any type of sugar but raw sugar is more hard, white sugar is less hard, and brown sugar is medium hard.

Now you have all the ingredients in the bowl, you have to mix them together, and if it is still wet, you can add more sugar, and if it is dry, you can add half a tablespoon of oil.

Store the finished product in an airtight container, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Coconut Oil and Sugar Scrub:

You need a small bowl to mix and keep the sugar scrub and coconut oil in a clean container with a lid so you can keep it for a few days.

Add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to the bowl.

  • You can also add 1-2 capsules of vitamin E if you want to make this scrub better for your skin. Simply perforate the gelatin capsule and squeeze it to release the oil. If you do, make sure to leave the scrub on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

Grind some dried lavender and mix it into the oil using a separate bowl and a blunt instrument (such as the handle of a hammer), and put the ground lavender into the oil.
