1 cup hazelnuts

3 Dates, sliced

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon ground chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Half a cup of coconut water

How to prepare

Whip the hazelnuts in an electric mixer until consistency.

Transfer the hazelnut flour to a high-powered blender and add the dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla and enough coconut water to combine the mixture, then mix on high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Then the mixture is left to cool in the refrigerator for several hours until it thickens.
