Toast: 20 slices (thick)
Eggs: 8 pieces
Milk: 2 cups
Maple syrup: 12 cup
Raisins: 12 cup
Dried apricots: 12 cup (chopped)
Vanilla: 1 tablespoon (liquid)
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Cut the bread into medium-sized cubes, then place them on a parchment paper tray.
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Transfer the toast to an oven tray, then add the raisins and apricots.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla well.
Spread the egg and milk mixture over the bread, then put it in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Take it out of the fridge and set aside for 15 minutes.
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes.
Garnish with cinnamon and serve with vanilla ice cream.
