4 6 eggs

1/4 cup basil leaves

Arugula leaves

A teaspoon of crushed dry thyme

Toasted sesame spoon

Salt and Pepper

2 tablespoons of butter

Tomato rings

 

How to prepare

 

Put the butter in a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, break the eggs into a bowl and put them in the hot butter.

 

Add salt, pepper, basil leaves and thyme.

 

Place the eggs in a serving dish, surrounded by watercress, basil and tomatoes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot with whole henna and shifa bread.
