the ingredients
Beef, cut into slices – 450 gr
Rice noodles – 900 gr
Green onion, sliced - 2 packages
Bean Sprouts – 2 Packs
Small white onion, sliced - 1
Soy sauce – two teaspoons
Vegetable oil – two tablespoons
Sugar – a teaspoon
To prepare the marinade:
Water – two tablespoons
Soy sauce – two teaspoons
Salt – a teaspoon
Oyster sauce – two tablespoons
Sesame oil – two teaspoons
Corn starch – two tablespoons
The method of work
1- Put the meat in a bowl. Add the ingredients of the marinade i.e. water, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch. Stir the ingredients until they overlap. Cover the bowl with sticky nylon paper and set aside for 15 minutes until the meat absorbs the marinade.
2- Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok pan over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and stir for 30-40 seconds. When the color of the meat changes, remove the meat from the wok and set it aside on a plate.
3- Add the rest of the oil to the wok pan. Add noodles and green onions. Stir the ingredients until they overlap, then add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir until the noodles are coated with the sauce.
4- Return the steaks to the wok pan. Add the bean sprouts and stir for a minute.
5- Add the green onions and stir for 30-40 seconds.
