The whole world is still confused and worried about Corona disease, especially after the increase in the number of infections and its spread very quickly in recent times in various countries. Of course, the World Health Organization and many sources have explained to people that following some basic steps and resorting to natural remedies will help prevent corona disease. Besides, Dr.Oz has also published his “Coronavirus Disease Survival Guide”, during his hosting of a TV Show. Find out what steps protect you from this virus, according to Dr. Oz, after we remind you of the symptoms of this disease.

These steps presented by Dr. Oz whose main goal is to strengthen your immune system, in order to fight viruses and not get infected with the Corona virus easily.

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, and use a hand sanitizer 
  •  that contains at least 60% disinfectants. 
  • Clean materials and surfaces using a sanitizer spray instead of paper towels, as germs move from one surface to another. It is preferable to leave the surface of any object such as a table wet for 3 minutes before drying. 
  • Avoid shaking hands, as they transmit 10 times more germs. This will help avoid transmitting the Corona virus from one person to another.
  • Avoid touching the face, so that germs do not transfer to the skin and possibly exposure to Corona disease.
  • When a person is on the plane, it is best to sit by the window because the germs area there is limited.
  • Doing exercises for 30 minutes every day. 
  • Do meditation daily, as this will help support the immune system of each person.
  • Get enough rest during the night, that is, sleep at least 7 hours.
  • Scatter a good-smelling disinfectant mist, to clean the air, because viruses don’t like fresh, humid air. 
  • Keep a sufficient amount of the main items that will last for two weeks, such as non-perishable food items, detergents, soap and toilet paper. This step comes to avoid going to the supermarket and possibly catching the Corona virus.
  • Eat foods rich in vitamins such as vitamin C, in order to support the immune system and fight viruses. Leafy green vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, and cabbage should be included in your diet, and fruits such as citrus fruits, berries and kiwi should be included in your diet.
  • If a person has the flu, he should take 80 milligrams of zinc daily and 250 milligrams of vitamin C twice daily.
