Causes of blackheads
Blackheads are formed due to the oxidation of the sebum inside the pores by the action of air and turning them black.
We still do not know the reasons for the high amount of sebum in the pores, but it is clear that some lifestyles may be the cause of the appearance of blackheads and increase their spread. Therefore, it is essential that you literally follow the following guidelines:
Wash your face daily.
Remove makeup before bed.
Do not use strong cleansers or creams rich in oils.
Avoid constantly messing with pimples and blackheads to prevent them from spreading to other areas of the face.
Do not expose to the sun for a long time.
Continuously apply a mask or scrub to rid the skin of its impurities.
How do you get rid of the black heads?
If you, my lady, are one of the women who cannot refrain from manipulating blackheads, then you must follow some hygiene rules:
Wash your hands carefully.
Make sure to cleanse your skin before popping blackheads.
Put a tab between your nails and the skin of your face when popping blackheads to avoid the appearance of red spots.
Apply a non-comedogenic solution to a cotton swab and wipe the areas from which the blackheads have been removed.
To permanently eliminate the problem of blackheads and to avoid the appearance of ugly scars, we advise you to follow the following instructions:
Full and deep cleansing of the skin by the cosmetologist.
Consult a dermatologist who will prescribe the appropriate solution for you (advice on skin hygiene, lotion, treatment… or even deep peeling in case of scars caused by acne).
Medical advice is necessary if, in addition to blackheads, you suffer from a skin disease such as psoriasis, acne, eczema or other diseases.
Add two tablespoons of corn flour to one egg white, whisked well, and mix.
Apply the powder to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Remove the powder with a dry (and clean) patch.
Wipe your face with rose water lotion.
