5 face-lift exercises

You often think about getting rid of the various sagging in your body and tightening certain areas that give you an attractive appearance, but you rarely take care of your face, forgetting that it is your mirror in front of people and that it is most susceptible to sagging and wrinkles due to stress causes, sunlight and various environmental factors. On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we offer you 5 exercises that help to tighten the face and hide wrinkles in a short period, suggesting that you should try them even if you are not yet in your fifties:

To hide forehead wrinkles and facial changes, place your fingers on the area above your forehead and pull the skin down while raising your eyebrows. Repeat this movement 10 times.

To tighten the skin around the mouth, pinch your lips and extend them forward as much as possible. Then, tilt them left and right. Finally, I smile broadly. Repeat these movements quickly 10 times in a row.

To train the entire facial muscles, close your mouth and move your jaws several times as if you were chewing gum. Repeat this exercise for thirty seconds in each direction, twice a day.

To tighten the skin of the chin, extend the lower lip up and place your thumb on your chin bone while pushing with your tongue the gums in the chin area.

To strengthen the facial muscles that you rarely use, tighten your face as if you are very angry with someone and hold this position for about 4 seconds, then try to stretch it very slowly. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times in a row.
