White clay, sea salt and water to sterilize the gums
Rinse your mouth several times a day with white clay with water and then with water to which salt has been added, at the rate of one tablespoon of unrefined sea salt in a glass of water. An ideal recipe for sterilizing, cleaning and strengthening gums as well.
Fine salt to strengthen the gums
When brushing your teeth, sprinkle some fine, unrefined salt on your toothpaste. This will strengthen your gums in the long run.
Baking soda for gum pain
If your gums hurt, don’t forget the baking soda.
Dissolve two tablespoons of carbonate in a bowl of warm water. Rinse your mouth with it for some time until it reaches all the gums. Repeat the treatment until cured.
Lemon for bleeding gums
To treat bleeding gums, use lemon. Rub your gums with the white inner scale just below the outer scale. Repeat the recipe as needed until recovery. It is better to use lemons from organic farming.
