How to make grilled chicken with orange and basil
6 pieces of washed chicken thighs
A cup and a half of orange juice
Lemon juice
One tablespoon of honey
A tablespoon of thyme
a spoonful of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon (ginger – turmeric – onion powder – salt and pepper)
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of butter + oil
Maggi stock cube
basil leaves
How to prepare
Put all the ingredients together in a seasoning bowl, except for the oil and butter, and leave it in the fridge for two hours until the marinade is absorbed.
