Grilled Chicken with Orange and Basil is an easy, delicious and healthy recipe. How to make grilled chicken with orange and basil

 

6 pieces of washed chicken thighs

A cup and a half of orange juice

Lemon juice

One tablespoon of honey

A tablespoon of thyme

a spoonful of vinegar

1/2 teaspoon (ginger – turmeric – onion powder – salt and pepper)

3 minced garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of butter + oil

Maggi stock cube

basil leaves

 

How to prepare

 

Put all the ingredients together in a seasoning bowl, except for the oil and butter, and leave it in the fridge for two hours until the marinade is absorbed.

 

Put the butter and oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden.

 

Arrange the chops on a greased baking tray and pour in the remaining spice mixture, stock cubes and 1 cup of water.
