Grilled burger for diet
Wholewheat burger bun cut in half – 1
Chopped lettuce – a quarter cup
Low salt ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Low-fat mayonnaise – 2 teaspoons
BBQ sauce – 1 teaspoon
Ground turkey meat – 150 gr
Low-fat sliced cheese – 1
Tomato, sliced - 1
Pickled cucumber, sliced - to taste
Garlic powder – a quarter of a teaspoon
Onion powder – a quarter of a teaspoon
Salt – a quarter of a teaspoon
Black pepper – a quarter of a teaspoon
The method of work
1- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and barbecue sauce,
2- In a second bowl, put the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients until they overlap.
3- Shape the meat into a disc shape and place it on the electric grill. Cook the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side, until it’s done.
4- Grease the burger bread with the mayonnaise mixture. Add lettuce and ketchup.
5- Add tomatoes, meat, cheese and pickles.
6- Close the burger in the second half of the bread. A thousand health!
