2 bunches of fresh garlic

5 medium potatoes

3 tablespoons of chopped capers

Half a bunch of chopped dill

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon butter, salt

1 teaspoon of cumin and black pepper

For the sauce: 3 branches of fresh garlic

1 tablespoon of pepper paste

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 glasses of strained yogurt

FABRICATION

After boiling the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add capers, dill, olive oil, cumin, black pepper and salt. Set aside the green part of 3-4 branches of fresh garlic for the sauce. Finely chop the remaining garlic, saute it in butter for 2-3 minutes, add it to the potato mixture and mix well. Take walnut-sized pieces from the mortar and roll them in your palm. For the sauce, sauté 3 branches of chopped fresh garlic and tomato paste in olive oil. Serve by pouring whipped yogurt and then garlic sauce on the potato balls you have prepared.
