FABRICATION
For the tart dough, put butter, eggs, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon juice in the kneading bowl. Add flour and knead until you get an earlobe-like dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut a tangerine-sized piece from the dough and make 6 meringues from the remaining dough. Place each meringue into a greased 10 cm diameter pie mold with the edges protruding. To prevent the dough from rising, pierce it in several places with a fork. Make pea-sized balls from the tangerine-sized dough you have separated and place them side by side on the edges of the dough in the tart mold. Place the tart molds on a baking tray and put in a preheated 190 degrees oven. When half cooked, remove from oven. When it is lightly heated, share the sliced bananas and grapes in the middle. Add flour, butter and granulated sugar in a deep bowl for the topping. Stir the mixture with your finger tip and turn it into a bread pan. Sprinkle this mixture on the fruits with your hands. Put the tart dough in a reheated 190 degree oven and cook until the top turns slightly pink. After taking it from the oven, cool it and serve with white chocolate sauce if you wish.
