Honey: half a cup
Strawberries: half a cup
Cranberries: half a cup
Toast: 8 pieces (soft, brown)
Milk: 1 cup (liquid, skimmed)
Honey: 1/3 cup
Butter: 1 tablespoon (at room temperature)
How to prepare
In a saucepan over medium heat, put the milk and leave it until warm.
Take the pot off the stove and add honey, but before using the latter, make sure that the honey is natural with these steps.
Stir the milk mixture well.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Dip the toast pieces with the milk mixture on both sides, then place the pieces in the pan.
Cook the toast in the skillet for about two minutes on each side, until golden.
Arrange the French toast in a serving dish and spread honey, strawberry and cranberry on top.
