Aloe vera is one of the most effective and beneficial substances that you can exfoliate your feet. You can buy aloe vera gel from cosmetic stores. Mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and a few drops of vitamin E oil. Apply it on your feet and let it dry by itself. Rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat 2-3 times a day for at least 1 week.

Also, apply some aloe vera gel to your feet before going to bed and leave it overnight wearing clean socks.

Oat

In addition to moisturizing the skin, oats are also helpful in removing the accumulated dead skin from the skin and thus keeping it healthy and soft.

To prepare the paste, mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and enough rose water. If rose water is not available, use plain milk or water. Apply the paste on your feet. Let it dry, then rub your feet with the mixture. Rinse with cold water and dry. Repeat 1 time per day.

Alternatively, mix 1 cup of powdered oats in a bowl of warm water. Soak your feet in this mixture for 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water and dry with a towel. After that, apply a good moisturizer.
