Ingredients :

100 grams of fettuccine pasta.

A cup of vegetable broth.

Carrots cut into rings.

Potato cut into cubes.

100 grams of chopped hamour fish, as desired.

pinch of salt.

Pinch of black pepper.

 

How to prepare:

In a saucepan on the stove, cook the fish in vegetable stock for about 10 minutes.

Add carrots and potatoes, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add pasta, salt and pepper, and cook until all ingredients are cooked.

Add salt and pepper.

Pour into serving dishes, garnish with parsley leaves, and serve hot.
