1. Blow out your cheeks like a puffer fish and move the air in your mouth from one cheek to the other 5 times. Then loosen it up, and make a small O. This helps keep the cheeks together.

2. For high cheekbones and a tight jawline, look at the ceiling and curl your lips as if you were about to kiss. Hold for five seconds and repeat this movement 4 times. You can also stick your tongue out while looking at the ceiling.

3. Bend your head to the right, while tightening the muscles in your neck. Wait a few seconds and repeat on the other side. Next, twist your neck clockwise and counterclockwise to help reduce the appearance of a double chin.

4. Open your eyes wide as if you are upset or afraid. Pull the skin of your forehead back with interlocking hands to help with the exercise.

5. Relax your jaw so that your mouth is open, and make a small O. Then widen your lips as if you’re going to smile, but keep your jaw low. Repeat the letter o in lowercase and then follow it with the uppercase o ten times.

6. Make a fish face! Smile with pressed lips and suck your cheeks from the inside. Repeat this five times to get lifted lips and cheeks.

7. Soften your smile lines by breaking the tension in the muscles from the inside out. In this exercise, you use the tongue. Insert your tongue into your mouth, make a small circle on the lip line, and make five circles in one direction and five in the opposite direction, on each side.
