The periodic and regular exfoliation of the skin makes it become smoother, cleaner, lighter in color, clearer and softer. Face and neck peeling:
Sugar is a gentle and effective exfoliator for the skin, especially the skin of the face. Moisturise the face and neck with warm water, then take a handful of sugar and massage slowly and gently, in a circular motion all over the face, continue to massage for a full 3 minutes, avoiding the delicate area around the eyes. Then wash your face with warm water, then rinse it again with cold water.
Apply this process twice in the first week, then once a week for 3 weeks, and after exactly a month, your skin will be as soft and clear as a baby’s skin.
This scrub is great for dry areas like the elbows and knees that have a heavy buildup of dead skin cells.
Heat a cup of full-fat milk until it becomes warm, then dissolve 3 tablespoons of honey in it, add a cup of finely ground oats, and the juice of one lemon.
Spread this mixture on dry and dark areas, and if you want to exfoliate the whole body, you will need two or three times the amount.
Milk would make your body soft and silky, leave it for 15-20 minutes to dry completely, then wet your hands a little and massage the mixture until it crumbles and then take a shower with warm water.
Moisturize the wet skin with a little almond oil for super softness and you will get velvety and clear skin.
Repeat this process once a week to completely rejuvenate the skin.
