Does drinking milk cause acne?

Most of the time, acne is thought to be just acne, but in fact it is just one type of it. After infancy, it becomes more difficult for people to break down and digest lactose, and if you’re a lactose intolerant, your acne could be caused by a lactose intolerance or an allergic reaction. Not all dairy products affect acne equally. Surprisingly, skim milk appears to be more stimulating than other varieties, according to research.


What to do against the effects of milk on the skin?

There is an established link between acne and stress, so external conditions can cause acne and acne has a genetic component, so if your family members have a similar problem, you may have it too.
