Discover the benefits of yeast for skin care

Today we share with you the benefits of yeast, which was recently discovered, and the ingredients it contains that benefit the skin and restore freshness to it. The yeast found in most of our food contains vitamin B, which cares about the freshness of your skin. It is also rich in vitamin B5, the main ingredient in special creams to restore youth to the skin.
Since it is primarily responsible for protecting the skin and resisting the effects of aging and wrinkles, and based on its benefits, we advise you in the Arab Women’s Journal of three mixtures that show the positive ability of yeast on the skin.

1- For peeling:
Mix two tablespoons of yeast with milk powder and a cup of rose water to get a sticky mixture, then apply it to your face for 30 minutes. Do this process once a month.

2- For cleaning:
Mix the yeast with lemon juice to get a liquid mixture and apply it as a mask for 20 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water.

3- For feeding:

 

Mix yeast with rose water just to nourish your skin. This mixture is rich in mineral substances that are beneficial to your skin. In addition, rose water refreshes and moisturizes the skin.
