Diet Cookies



1 egg

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of yogurt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 cups bran

1 glass of flour

2 dried figs

3 dried apricots

Half a glass of dried apple


In a bowl, whisk the eggs, honey and yogurt. Then mix the baking powder, bran and flour. Add finely chopped figs, apricots, dried apples to the dough. Take some small pieces of walnuts out of the dough by dampening your hands slightly and form a bagel shape. Place the cookies you have prepared on the tray you have covered with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven and serve them warm or cold.
