2 beets
1 large bowl of yoghurt
Half a teaspoon of oil
Salt
chili pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of parsley
Preparation of
Let’s boil the beets in water (I steamed).
Let’s chop the boiled beets in the robot.
Let’s take the oil in the pan and heat it, sauté the chopped beets in the pan, soften a little, take it from the stove and let it cool.
Let’s chop 2-3 cloves of garlic into our yogurt in the bowl. Finely chop the parsley and add to the yogurt.
Add the cooled beets to the yoghurt mix, mix them and put them on the serving plate. Enjoy your meal.
