Ingredients
Eggs: 4 pieces
Flour: 1 cup
Potatoes: 250 grams (boiled and mashed)

How to prepare
Whisk the eggs well, then add oil, milk, potatoes, flour, baking powder, parsley, thyme and cheese.
Season with salt, black pepper, turmeric and cumin, and mix well so that the ingredients overlap.
Grease the cupcake pan with a little butter and sprinkle flour on it.
