125 grams of room temperature butter
Half a glass of powdered sugar
1 egg
Half a glass of flour
2 cups of starch
A pinch of baking soda
To make: 100 grams of dark chocolate
FABRICATION
Mix butter and powdered sugar in a deep bowl. Add eggs and continue mixing. Add flour, starch and baking soda and knead all the ingredients. Roll out in half a cm thickness with the help of a roller on a flat surface. Make shapes with the mold of your choice and place them on the baking tray. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until it turns slightly pink and leave to cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dip one side of the chilled cookies. Take it on the cooling wire and wait for the chocolate to freeze. Serve after freezing.
