MATERIALS
250 grams of room temperature butter
1 tea glass of hazelnut oil
1 teaspoon of yoghurt, 1 egg
1 glass of powdered sugar
1 packet of baking powder
2 teaspoons of cocoa
As much flour as you get
White biscuit cream
1 package (80 grams) of white chocolate
2 tablespoons of flour
Half a tablespoon of butter
Half tea glass of cold milk
FABRICATION
Put butter, hazelnut oil, yogurt, egg, powdered sugar and baking powder into the kneader. Add flour and knead until you get a soft dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts and let it rest for 15 minutes. Add cocoa to one of the dough pieces and knead again. Roll out the cocoa and plain dough with a rolling pin in half a cm thickness. Make shapes with the molds you want and place them on the oiled tray. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven until it turns slightly pink. Spread chocolate cream in between two plain biscuits and biscuit cream in between two cocoa biscuits.
For white biscuit cream
Fry the flour and butter in a pan until the flour smells. Take the pan from the stove and add the cold milk and chocolate cut into large pieces. Make a cream by mixing.
