chocolate chip cookies

Materials

 

120 gr butter (at room temperature)

 

1 egg

 

1 cup + 2 fingers missing flour from 1 cup

 

2 fingers missing sugar from 1 glass of water

 

1 teaspoon of baking soda

 

1 pinch of salt

 

1 packet of vanilla

 

1 cup of chocolate chips (200 g)

 

Preparation of

 

Mix all ingredients except chocolate.

 

Add the chocolate last and mix.

 

Obtain a sticky dough with a liquid consistency. Do not add any extra flour.

 

Place the cookies on a tray lined with greaseproof paper with an ice cream holder or spoon.

 

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-13 minutes. Take care not to overcook.

 

Eat the cookies hot. 😍

It’s amazing with milk.

Note: set aside a little bit of chocolate to add to the cookies before baking.

Note: do not over bake the cookies. It will stay soft when it first comes out of the oven and will harden as it cools.

With these measurements, I got 13-14 cookies.
