How to treat?

1. Nosebleeding.

Nose bleeding is common in male and female. The blood vessels in the nose are sensitive to dry air and may cause nose bleeding. It may also caused due to some of the health issues. All you need to do is,

APPLY A STEADY PRESSURE TO THE BRIDGE OF YOUR NOSE FOR ABOUT 20 MIN AND BREATHE THROUGH MOUTH. SO THAT BLEEDING STOPS SLOWLY.

Never tilt your head back whenever you have a nosebleed because you may swallow the blood and causes choking.

2. Fainted person.

When someone faints your immediate action is to set them back again. Never gather around a fainted person because he needs a fresh and good air. Further you have to check the pulse and breathing but shaking do not help you to set them back.

LEAVE THEM ON GROUND AND RAISE THEIR LEGS ABOUT 30CM AND COVER THEM WITH PROPER CLOTH.

Once they come into conciousness don’t rush to help them back up because it may cause them to faint again

3. Burns.

Burns are commonly seen. It is of so many types. But how to treat, here is the answer

QUICKLY RUN YOUR HAND UNDER COOL WATER FOR ABOUT 20 MIN ONLY IF WATER MAKES YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE.

Your skin may find cool at the top but deep down the heat is passed to all layers of your skin so it’s better to keep for about longer time and consult the medical professional.

4.Seizing person.

Do not panic by seeing a person with seizures and never try to hold them or close their mouth. During this period the Person bites his tounge very hardly and that is Very dangerous. Instead,do this

TURN THE PERSON ON TO OTHER SIDE THAT MAKES THEM TO BREATH BETTER. AND CLEAR THE OBJECTS PRESENT AROUND HIM.

Due to the constriction of muscles the Person may get his bones fractured when he hit to the hard objects. Normally seizures last for about 5 min if not seek for help.

5. Heart attack.

When you see a person with heart attack or stroke never try to give mouth to mouth resuscitation. instead,

CHECK THEIR BREATHING AND PULSE AND START GIVING CPR OR CHEST COMPRESSION.

CPR has about 80% of chance on someone’s survival. So think about CPR even when the person is not breathing but do not go near their face and call for emergency.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DO NOT PANIC IN THIS SITUATIONS AND TRY TO HELP FOR SOMEONE’S SURVIVAL.
