  • To get the color, mix a teaspoon of green chromium oxide with a teaspoon of oil, and a teaspoon of yellow oxide in 1 teaspoon of oil, and mix the dyes well to get a clear color.
  • Add the lye to the water, stirring gently. In a large bowl, add the palm oil and coconut oil. Then the olive oil and the avocado oil. When the water and the oils have reached a temperature of less than 120 degrees Fahrenheit, add the lye water to the oils, and pour them on a spoon to reduce air bubbles in the blender.
  • Mix the ingredients together for two minutes, then combine the pigments and a touch of perfume before pouring each batch.
  • Pour the mixture into suitable molds, avoiding any air bubbles.
  • Spray the entire surface with isopropyl alcohol two or three times over a period of 90 minutes.
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. This will help the soap retain its color. Fresh avocados may turn milky in the soap.
  • Cut the soap into pieces and leave it in a well-ventilated area for 4 to 6 weeks, turning the pieces every few days to ensure an even, high-quality soap.
