Avocado, banana and chocolate pudding

 

Ingredients

Banana: 1 1/2 pounds (peeled and chopped)

Avocado: 1 piece (ripe, peeled, divided into two parts and peeled off)

Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup (unsweetened)

Honey: 3 tablespoons (net)

Vanilla extract: half a teaspoon

Cinnamon powder: a quarter of a teaspoon

How to prepare

Add banana, avocado, and cocoa powder to the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix the ingredients on a medium speed, for one minute.

Then, start the mixer again, with pouring honey, until a smooth mixture is formed, which means an additional minute. Then, add the vanilla and cinnamon extract, stirring the ingredients again for ten seconds.

Transfer the pudding to a bowl that will keep in the fridge for up to two hours, before serving in two individual glasses.
