  3. Milk contains lactic acid, which works to lighten the skin.
  4. Contributes to the removal of dead cells.
  5. Treats darkening and pigmentation of the skin.

Preparing the almond, milk, and honey mask:

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 almond kernels.
  • Two tablespoons of milk.

Method:

  • Soak the almonds overnight in water.
  • It is mashed in a blender.
  • Add milk to the almonds.
  • Add milk and almonds to honey.
  • Mix the ingredients well, and leave for 5 minutes.
  • The mask is used for the face, neck, hands, and legs. (As needed)
  • Leave the mask on the skin for 20 minutes.
  • The mask is then washed off with lukewarm water.
