Rejuvenating Mask Recipe for Every Skin Type

 

Green clay enhances the color of the skin, helps reduce inflammation and even helps flush toxins from the body. Because of these properties, it creates a perfect mask for the skin.

Many people prefer to just add water to green clay, but you can also add apple cider vinegar. If your skin is oily, add it. Vinegar can also help fight signs of aging, including wrinkles and dark spots. It gives shine as it cleanses the skin.

Calendula flower powder is a very soothing and inflammation-fighting herb.

Myrrh oil is a skin regenerative, antioxidant and excellent anti-inflammatory agent. Perfect not only for older skin, but also for younger skin.

This DIY face mask enhances, soothes and enhances the natural look and feel of the skin. Although it is a suitable mask for all skin types, it can also make your skin a little dry if it is dry. For this, use a natural moisturizer such as jojoba or avocado oil after using the mask.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Green Clay

1 tablespoon of finely ground Calendula flower powder

2 – 2 ½ tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 drops of myrrh oil

Fabrication:

In a small bowl, mix the green clay and the Calendula flower powder. Then add the vinegar. However, when you do this, go slow and mix well. Mix well until the mask is smooth. Finally, add 2 drops of myrrh oil.

Apply the mask all over your face with clean hands, avoiding your eyes and mouth. Wait between 15-30 minutes for the mask to dry completely. Then wash off the mask with lukewarm water.

If your skin feels very dry, it moisturizes.

Apply this mask once a month. After a few months, a serious difference will occur in your skin.

If you don’t want to use myrrh essential oil, you can also use lavender oil.

Lavender oil also gives great results for your skin.
