Activated Charcoal mask

 

Activated charcoal is a substance generally used in food poisoning. It is also very useful in situations such as indigestion. However, in this article, we will tell you how to make a face mask from activated charcoal. Charcoal attracts unwanted dirt and oils on the skin. For this, it will be very useful to apply it to your face, especially in spring and summer.

Materials to be used for the charcoal mask

1 tablespoon of bentonite clay or French green clay

2 capsules of activated charcoal powder approximately ½ teaspoon

1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel

Fabrication:

Do this in a medium bowl and non-metal bowl. The clay should not come into contact with metal. For this, use a wooden or plastic spoon during the mixing process. Mix clay and activated charcoal powder. Add aloe vera gel over the powder ingredients and mix to combine. The mask should be wet and slightly lumpy. If your mask is too dry or hard after mixing, you can add some more aloe vera gel.

How will you use it?

After cleansing your face, apply the mask on your face. After staying on your skin for about 5-10 minutes, wipe the mask with a clean cloth and wash your face with warm water. The mask should not stay on your face longer and should not be used more than once a month. Because if used excessively, it can cause oily on your skin.

After washing the mask off your face, wipe your skin with rose water. Then do not forget to use a moisturizer.
