 ingredients:

  • avocado fruit
  • 1 teaspoon honey for flavor

How to prepare:

  • Take an avocado and dig it.
  • Once you have the stone seed in your hand, put it in a pot with a cup of water and let it boil for no more than 5 minutes. 
  • Carefully pry the hole out, it is softer now and can be cut into small pieces. If you wish, you can also chop it up using a coffee grinder.
  • Place the pieces in a bowl containing 2 cups of water and let them soak for 7-8 minutes.
