Rosemary

 

Rosmarinus officinalis in Latin, rosemary is from the Ballybabagiller (Lamiaceae) family. It is also known as “Kuşdili” and “hasalban”. The part used is leaves. Its fresh, dried and oil is used.

It is used in meat and vegetable dishes, steamed fish, chicken dishes, pizzas, rice, seafood, sauces and savory cookies. It conceals the wound, strengthens the body and removes bile. It is a mulberry, it has positive effects on blood circulation and liver.

When 40 grams is boiled in two liters of water, it can be good for indigestion, anemia, dizziness, asthma and bronchitis. Since rosemary oil and rosemary tea have fat dissolving properties, it is known to be effective against cellulite problems.
