Making hair oil at home

Making hair oil at home

Ingredients :

  •  One tablespoon of powdered grape seed or dried grape seed.
  •  Half a tablespoon of fenugreek powder.
  •  One cup of coconut oil.

Steps:

Take a tablespoon of dried grape seed pieces and half a tablespoon of fenugreek powder (you can increase the quantity according to the length of your hair and the quantity you need in a ratio of 1:2) to put them together in a suitable bowl.

Pour the coconut oil over these ingredients and start heating the mixture on a low heat flame.

When you see steam coming out of the ingredients and the grape seeds turn brown, you can raise it from the temperature.

Allow it to be left off until the oil is at room temperature.

Now filter the ingredients and keep them in a bottle until the nourishing oil for your hair is ready for use.

A group of other oils that you can prepare yourself at home:

 Aloe vera oil for hair:

Aloe vera gel contains more than 20 compounds of amino acids that enhance hair hydration and vitamins such as vitamin C and vitamin E that prevent cracking and dryness of hair, thus repairing damaged hair follicles and promoting hair growth, where essential fatty acids control improving blood circulation to the scalp and prevent hair loss.

  • 1 aloe vera slices.
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil.
  • Rosemary oil (optional).

 Steps:

Cut the aloe vera leaves into two equal halves and extract the gel. You will get 1/2 cup of fresh aloe vera gel. Mix it with 1/2 cup of coconut oil. The proportions of aloe vera gel should be equal to coconut oil.

Heat the mixture on a low temperature for 5-7 minutes, then raise it from the temperature and leave it to cool down to add 5 drops of rosemary oil and pour this oil into a clean, dark bottle.

You can store the oil in a cool, dark place for up to two weeks. Pour the required amount of oil into a small bowl for use. Apply the oil to your fingertips. Gently massage the scalp for one minute. Rinse with a mild shampoo and conditioner twice a week.

 Hibiscus oil:

Hibiscus is one of the charming flowers and has many benefits for hair. It is rich in amino acids, vitamin A, vitamin C and minerals that nourish hair and help fight hair loss and promote the growth of thick and smooth hair. If you are facing hair loss problems and white hair, hibiscus oil is the ideal oil for you.

  • 2 hibiscus flower.
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil.
  • 1/4 cup of Badam oil.

Steps:

Wash hibiscus petals by leaving them on running water and then drying them through the use of the microwave. Heat a frying pan, add coconut oil and oil to it, then carefully add hibiscus flowers to it and keep the flame low for 5 minutes, then filter the oil and store it in a suitable bottle.

Take the required amount according to the length of your hair and massage the hair with it. It is preferable to directly apply hibiscus to the roots of the hair using your fingertips and be careful to massage for up to 2 minutes in order to stimulate the blood circulation of the scalp well and achieve the best absorption of the oil.

Amla oil:

Amla or Indian Berry is the best natural hair tonic. It is an excellent treatment for hair loss and restore natural hair color. It has the properties of hair renewal and growth and enhances the luster and shine to dull hair.

  • 2 fresh hope.
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil.
  •  2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil.

Steps:

  • Cut the berries into small pieces and dry them in the shade for up to an hour.
  • Prepare a frying pan to add coconut oil, sesame oil and Indian berries to them to heat on a low flame, then remove it from the heat and filter the oil into a dark bottle for up to two weeks.
  • Work to apply the oil all over the hair and massage the scalp in a circular motion to distribute the oil evenly on the hair.

Onion oil:

Onion oil helps you treat hair loss and various other hair problems because it contains a high percentage of sulfur and its anti-bacterial properties and cleaning the scalp that causes hair loss and hair loss. It contains many minerals necessary for hair growth and strengthening.

Ingredients :

  • 1 small onion.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 6 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  • 3-4 drops of lavender oil.

 Steps:

  •  In a small skillet, combine finely chopped onions, garlic and coconut oil over a low heat until it begins to boil. Once the oil cools, you can add the essential oil and store it in the refrigerator for 10 days.
  •  Lightly massage the scalp with this oil and use a hot wet towel to wrap it around your head for 15 seconds and preferably leave it for 20 minutes, then use a spoonful of lemon juice to the bowl of water used to rinse the hair.

 Ginger oil for hair:

Ginger is a very effective ingredient in treating hair loss, dandruff, itchy scalp, and stimulating hair growth. It also acts as a hair cleanser and a natural anti-inflammatory balm and keeps the scalp from infection.

  •  1 tablespoon of grated ginger.
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil.
  •  3 drops of essential oil.

Steps:

Heat 1/2 cup of olive oil on a very low heat, then add the grated ginger and let it boil, then filter all the water and leave the oil to cool, filter the oil into a bowl, and finally add the essential oil. You can store the oil in a dark bottle for up to two weeks in the dark and cool place.

You can apply the mixture to the roots of the head and scalp using your fingers until the oil penetrates the scalp for 15 minutes, then rinse the hair with lukewarm water and then a mild shampoo. If you have a sensitive scalp, you may feel a slight irritation on the scalp at first, but with time it will go away.

 Black seed oil and olive oil:

Olive oil is very beneficial for scalp health, and also when mixed with black seed oil, it has amazing benefits for your hair. This mixture not only nourishes the scalp, but gives you smooth and shiny hair. All you need is to mix olive oil with a tablespoon of black seed oil and mix the oils together to apply it on the scalp and massage gently with care to leave it for an hour and rinse with water and shampoo.

Useful natural oils for hair:

 Rosemary oil :

Rosemary oil is one of the essential oils that provide more benefits for the hair and scalp because it increases the effectiveness of blood circulation, treats dandruff, and balances the nutrients in the hair because it reduces the oiliness of the scalp and stimulates hair follicles to grow again.

 Sage oil :

Sage oil helps you get rid of hair problems because it balances healthy sebum levels and thus limits scalp problems and improves blood flow to prevent hair loss. It is an ideal oil, especially for oily hair, to combat alopecia areata. Sage oil also treats dandruff, relieves insomnia, gets rid of depression, and lowers high blood pressure.

 Lavender oil :

Lavender oil is one of the essential oils needed to treat diseases because it nourishes the moisture in the scalp and treats dry and inflamed scalp, thus reducing dandruff. Rosemary oil has a distinctive aromatic smell and is useful in treating various dandruff problems, in addition to that it stimulates the growth of follicles and thus hair growth more. To use rosemary oil, add 5-10 drops of rosemary oil and 2 tablespoons of shampoo.

Coconut oil :

Coconut oil is one of the best oils used in hair loss, and it is widely used in ancient Indian remedies. This is because coconut oil has antibacterial properties, so when you massage the scalp well with coconut oil, it works to provide the hair with nutrients such as lauric acid.

 Thyme oil :

Thyme oil provides great support to the scalp and promotes blood circulation. It is recommended to apply thyme oil to the scalp with a carrier oil and to strengthen the scalp, and this reduces the possibilities of hair loss. It is also a great oil for detoxing, relieving muscle aches and arthritis, and boosting the immune system.

 Chamomile oil :

Chamomile oil, like lavender oil, has an effect on many problems because it is a soothing and relaxing oil and a balm for skin irritation. It offers a range of benefits for hair loss and relief from irritability and anxiety.

Cedar wood :

The use of cedarwood oil supports hair loss and prevents hair loss effectively, as it promotes the growth of new hair follicles, in addition to having a distinctive smell. Cedarwood oil makes it a useful oil in cleaning impurities from the skin and scalp and treating various skin conditions and is recommended for treating dandruff.

 Carrot seed oil :

In addition to being an effective oil in the treatment of skin diseases, it is also nourishing for the hair because it contains nutrients to remove skin toxins. In addition, it has a range of benefits for cleaning liver health and healthy hair.

Bay leaf oil :
