Breakfast pizza on a bagel (with bacon!)

Ingredients :

  • 3 plain bagels, cut in half (6 half-bagels)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 10 slices of bacon, already cooked, and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated cheddar cheese

Preperation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 415 ° F (212 ° C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Place bagel slices on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the garlic powder as well as the salt and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a saucepan over medium high heat for a few minutes.
  5. Distribute the eggs evenly over each bagel.
  6. Sprinkle with pieces of bacon.
  7. Add the cheeses.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Freezes very well in a ziplock bag!
