While preparing the bechamel sauce, add the milk little by little and on the other hand, mix it quickly.

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes and put them in a pan. Add olive oil on it and fry it until it releases its water.
  2. Chop the cleaned, washed spinach. Add some of the spinach and mix. Then add the other part, salt and spices and fry for about 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer the spinach-potato mixture to the greased borehole, smooth it out with the help of a spatula. Fry the flour and butter in a saucepan. Add milk little by little. At the same time, prevent clumps by mixing. When it thickens, your béchamel sauce is ready.
  4. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. After cooking for 10 minutes, take it out and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on it.
  5. Return to the oven, bake for about 10 more minutes, until the top is browned and the cheeses are completely melted.
