Morning Meals:

 

1 matchbox size of non-fat cheese or 1 boiled egg

 

4 olives

 

1 slice of wholemeal or rye bread

 

Unsweetened green tea

 

1 DAY:

 

Have a green salad for lunch.

 

For dinner, consume 1 grilled fish or 5 grilled meatballs and plenty of salad.

 

2 DAYS:

 

Consume 5 tablespoons of yogurt at lunch.

 

For dinner, consume 200 grams of boiled chicken and plenty of green salad.

 

3 DAYS:

 

For lunch, eat a salad with lots of greens (if you didn’t eat eggs in the morning, you can consume 2 boiled eggs instead of salad) and 1 apple.

 

For dinner, consume 200 grams of grilled meat (chicken or red meat) and green salad.

 

4 DAYS:

 

For lunch, eat a potato salad with plenty of greens made with 1 medium potato.

 

For dinner, 1 tuna fish and a green salad with plenty of greens are consumed.

 

5 DAYS:

 

For lunch, consume menemen prepared using 2 eggs and a salad with plenty of greens.

 

Consume 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of non-fat yogurt at dinner.

 

6 DAYS:

 

For lunch, consume 2 boiled eggs and a salad with plenty of greens.

 

For dinner, consume 6 spoons of boiled lean pasta and 1 bowl of yogurt.

 

7 DAYS:

 

For lunch, eat a green salad and 1 orange.

 

For dinner, consume 1 grilled fish or 150 grams of grilled chicken and a salad with plenty of greens.

 

NOTE:

 

This diet, which accelerates metabolism, is also edematous and at the end of 7 days, an average of 4-6 kilos can be weakened. This diet is a 2 week diet. After 2 weeks of application, you can feed again as you want.

 

If your metabolism is not fast, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to salads.

 

Eat your evening meals at least 3 hours before going to sleep.

 

Do not neglect to do sports or exercise while following the diet.

 

Do not forget to drink plenty of water. In addition, when you make and consume detox water while following this diet, you will burn calories faster.

 

We did not include a snack between lunch and dinner. When you are hungry, you can consume one of the following during the day;

 

1 cup of unsweetened coffee

 

Unsweetened green tea

 

3 walnut kernels

 

You can eat a fruit.
