4 kiwi face masks

Kiwi is an exotic fruit that we can have both in winter and in summer. It contains a high percentage of potassium, which is useful in some forms of high blood pressure and iodine deficiency. And kiwi helps burn fat and strengthens the immune system, and it is one of the powerful antioxidants, and it participates in the synthesis of collagen. So we can take advantage of it in skin care, and we will show you some masks that help in skin care:


1- Cleansing mask:

 

Put the kiwi puree on the skin for 15 minutes, then rinse. If the skin is dry, add the oil to the puree.

 

2- A nourishing mask for the skin:

 

Mash half a banana with a kiwi until it becomes like a paste. You can also add 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Then put

 

 

 

 

On the skin, leave for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with water.

 

3- Scrub for dry skin:

 

Crush a kiwi and add to it a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of orange juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of ground almonds. Mix together, then apply to the face, rub for 5 minutes, then wash with warm water.

 

4. Mask for oily skin:

 

We make a mixture of lemon pulp, kiwi and grated radish in equal proportions, then put it on the face for 5-10 minutes, then wash it with cold water.
