Mom’s cakes, the ones we couldn’t get enough of as kids, are making a comeback! Make this easy yet delicious recipe and enjoy it with your evening tea!
Materials:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pack of vanillin
- Cinnamon
- Walnut
Preparation:
1. Put the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until it becomes frothy.
2. Add oil, pumpkin puree, milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon and mix again.
3. Finally, add the walnuts and mix the dough with a spatula from bottom to top.
4. Pour the prepared cake batter into the baking dish. Smooth the top and bake as directed.
