What are the benefits of sesame seeds for hair and how can you prepare mixtures of them?

2- Sesame seeds help treat scalp problems

Sesame seeds contain a number of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients that keep the scalp healthy, which improves and speeds up the process of hair growth.

3- Sesame seeds moisturize dry hair

Sesame seeds fight dryness that affects the scalp, reduce the formation of oily crusts, prevent clogging of pores, and reduce hair loss. Sesame seeds also contain antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, fungal, and bacteria properties, and reduce infections that may affect the scalp. It relieves scalp irritation.    

Sesame seeds for hair

1- A mixture of sesame seeds, coconut oil and vitamin E for hair loss treatment

  • Put 200ml of coconut oil in the skillet over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Add two tablespoons of sesame seeds and leave for 10 minutes only. 
  • After that, let the mixture cool a little, then add 30 ml of castor oil to it and empty 3 capsules of vitamin E. 
  • Apply this mixture on your scalp and massage this area with it for 5 minutes at night. 
  • Go to sleep, and in the morning wash your hair. 
  • Do this step 2-3 times a week to get rid of hair loss problem.

 2- A mixture of sesame seeds and vegetable oils for hair care

  • Mix a few sesame seeds with a vegetable oil such as olive oil, grape seed oil, carrot oil.
  • Heat the mixture a little and massage it into the scalp and hair strands.
  • Wrap hair with a plastic cap and a hot towel.
  • Leave the mixture on your hair for 40 to 60 minutes.
  • Wash with water and shampoo as usual.
  • Repeat this step twice a week.

How to use sesame oil for hair

1- Sesame oil and honey mixture for hair care

  • Take 3 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  • A tablespoon of honey.
  • Mix the two ingredients in a bowl.
  • Start applying the mixture on the scalp with a massage.
  • Apply the mixture to your hair from roots to ends.
  • Cover your hair with a hot towel.
  • Leave it on for 30-40 minutes.
  • Wash your hair with shampoo.

2- A mixture of sesame oil, castor oil and almond oil to moisturize dry hair 

  • Mix one tablespoon of sesame oil with one tablespoon of castor oil, one tablespoon of almond oil and one egg yolk. 
  • After mixing the ingredients well. Massage the mixture into the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes on your hair, then wash it with warm water. 
  • Repeat this process once a week and you will start to notice improvement in your dry, brittle hair.

3- A mixture of sesame oil and banana for hair intensification

  • Mix equal amounts of sesame oil and mashed banana. 
  • Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp in a circular manner. 
  • Leave the mixture on the hair for two hours and then wash it well. Repeat this method weekly and you will get thick and nourished hair
