Use bananas in your skincare routine this way

Bananas are full of many vitamins and nutrients, such as: carotene and vitamin E, (1B), (B), and (C), which can promote the youth and radiance of your skin.

 

There are many benefits of applying bananas to your face, which are easy to obtain through the following masks. The potassium in bananas moisturizes dry skin, while zinc and lectin help fight and treat acne.

 

The amino acids present in bananas are a great alternative to anti-aging creams and medications, as they enhance connective tissue strength and maintain skin elasticity and strength.

 

1- Banana face mask for acne

 

the ingredients:

 

A small ripe banana.

 

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

 

Half a teaspoon of baking soda.

 

How to prepare

 

Add all the ingredients in a small bowl, mash the banana and add the other ingredients.

 

Add water when you feel the mixture is getting too thick.

 

Apply the mask with your clean fingers to your face, and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water, drying it with a clean towel, and moisturizing your face to make up for the lack of oils.

 

2- Banana mask to remove wrinkles

 

the ingredients:

 

Ripe medium sized banana.

 

A teaspoon of orange juice.

 

A teaspoon of thick yogurt.

 

 

 

 

How to prepare:

 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use a fork to make a clump-free paste, and using clean fingers, apply a thick layer of the mask to your face for 15 minutes, before washing your face with cold water to close the pores, and moisturize your face.

 

3- Banana mask for anti-aging

 

Thanks to the antioxidants inside, aloe vera gel helps prevent wrinkles, and bananas stimulate collagen production that helps tighten the skin.

 

the ingredients:

 

A ripe banana.

 

Two tablespoons of aloe vera gel.

 

How to prepare:

 

Mash the banana in a bowl, add aloe vera gel to make a smooth paste, then apply it to your clean face, and wash it off with lukewarm water after 30 minutes.

 

The mask can be repeated once or twice a week, for best results.
