1- Place the thumb under the chin and open the mouth, pulling downward to press the thumb, for a maximum of 10 seconds. It is recommended to repeat this exercise ten times in a row.
2- Take a deep breath when inhaling, then draw a wide smile while exhaling, and repeat this exercise several times.
3- Sit, return the head back, then press the tongue on the roof of the mouth for 10 seconds before ending the exercise, and repeat the exercise at least five times.
