Tiramisu

 

Ingredients:

For the cake: 4 eggs

3 coffee cups powdered sugar

3 tablespoons of cocoa

1 packet of baking powder

3 coffee cups flour

For cream: Half a liter of milk

1 egg

3 coffee cups flour

3 coffee cups powdered sugar

1 pack of  cheese

To soak the cake:

1 glass of hot water

2 tablespoons nescafe

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

On: Cocoa

FABRICATION

In a deep bowl for the cake, whisk the egg and powdered sugar with a whisk until frothy. Add cocoa, baking powder and flour and mix all the ingredients. After oiling the springform cake tin, pour the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes and let it cool. For cream, take the milk, egg, flour and powdered sugar in a pan and whisk. Place it on the stove and cook until it reaches a thick consistency, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat and add the labne cheese and mix. Cut the cooled cake in the middle and get two pieces. To soak the cake, add nescafe and powdered sugar to the hot water and mix. Soak the two cake pieces with this mixture. Put the lower part of the cake on the serving plate and apply half of the labne mixture you have prepared on it. Cover the other piece on it and use a spatula to cover all sides with the remaining mixture. Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to cool. Sprinkle cocoa on it and serve after slicing.
